Managers have to make three types of key decisions in the financial area, namely decisions about: Investments, funding and dividends. This course develops the students' ability to make good decisions and identifies incentives that stimulate managers to make decisions that are in the owner's best interests.

Costs
There is no semester fee for exchange students.

Exam and assessment
In order to be able to register for the exam, the student must have the following approved work requirements:
A written assignment (approx. 10 pages). Problem set may be submitted individually or in groups of up to four students. If the assignment is not approved, the student will be given one opportunity to submit an improved version. The lecturer will inform students of deadlines for submission.
Written school exam (4 hours).
