Nordic conference on cultural policy research - NCCPR2025: Call for abstracts

Here you will find information on how to submit abstracts to the conference.

If you would like to present a paper (long or short) or host a panel at the conference, we invite you to submit an abstract or panel proposal by January 16. The paper or panel can be related to the overall theme of the conference, or to other themes of interest for Nordic cultural policy research. We invite papers from a variety of fields provided that the contributions relate to Nordic cultural policy research in a broad sense. Both theoretical, methodological, and empirical papers are welcome. The conference languages are English, Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish.

Instructions for paper abstracts

Abstracts should be no longer than 150 words. If your abstract is accepted, you are expected to submit a paper by June 19. You have the option to present a full paper (6000-8000 words) or a short paper (max 3000 words) at the conference. Please indicate what paper you are aiming for with your abstract. More detailed information on the two paper types will be presented once the abstract has been accepted.
