The project will generate knowledge that can shed light on whether the Children and Family Agency's arena-flexible team is functioning as intended and whether there is a need for changes in the measures.
The Children and Family Agency currently has two arena-flexible teams. Arena flexible treatment team(ABT) offers help to children and young people with problems related to physical/verbal aggression, violence, drugs and crime. The arena flexible team at Borger With (BW) offers help to children and young people with mental disorders or difficulties.
Both teams provide holistic help to young people for a limited period (usually 9-12 months). By holistic is meant that multi-systemic work is done in all the youth's arenas. Among other things, the teams will strengthen the young people's network for help and support, support the cooperation of the various agencies and enable parents to have more of this function.
In the project, we will talk to the employees in the teams, various partners such as child protection, specialist health services, the police and schools, as well as those who receive the measure, i.e. children and their families.
