The main purpose of this study is to develop knowledge on how child welfare employees and County Social Welfare Boards assess and justify the organization and extent of contact between children, siblings and parents after a care measure.
By exploring practices related to such assessments and how knowledge is used to support the assessments, we aim to detect the ways in which the professionals justify the decisions related to contact between children, parents and siblings after a care measure.
Furthermore, the study will explore whether the child's views on its contact with relatives are emphasized by the professionals.
