How do societal developments, such as economic hardship and increased pressure in the housing market, influence who finds themselves on the fringes of the housing market – and how can NAV contribute to ensuring they have suitable housing? In this project, we focus on NAV's work in providing assistance with temporary housing.
More people are approaching NAV offices for help with temporary housing, and several studies and reports indicate that economic hardship and intense pressure in the housing market contribute to more individuals being pushed to the fringes of the housing market.
In this project, we investigate the developments in who needs help with temporary housing and NAV offices' practices in assisting those disadvantaged in the housing market.
How do NAV offices collaborate with the municipality's other housing social efforts, and what promotes good practice in ensuring that those without a place to live have suitable and safe temporary housing and a swift transition to permanent housing?
