The project will map how young adults are followed up in NAV with the aim of developing the work inclusion practice of this group.
The project will investigate which measures young adults receive in NAV, supervisors' follow-up practice, and their assessments of which measures are effective for which groups of young adults, as well as the young adults' perspective on the follow-up they receive in NAV in view of their possibilities to enter the labour market or education.
The study will use register data on young adults' trajectories in NAV, a vignette survey to NAV-supervisors, as well as fieldwork in three youth teams in NAV, including interviews and workshops with staff and service users. The study will be carried out in close collaboration with youth teams in NAV.
The knowledge derived from the project will be relevant for developing more reliable and effective practices for work inclusion of young adults.
