This course covers the process of developing and manufacturing medicinal products, from choosing the lead compounds, understanding their effects, selecting the right formulation, and documenting their quality before they reach the user.

You must be an upper-level student in a master's programme in the field of pharmacy.

Course description
Upon course completion, you will gain knowledge on pharmaceutical structure-activity relationships, production strategies for biologics and radiopharmaceuticals, and the documentation required for pharmaceutical quality.
You will develop skills to apply this knowledge in developing medicinal products, ensuring quality assurance, identifying critical stages of manufacturing, and analyzing raw materials for quality control.
Furthermore, you will gain the competence to contribute to the development and quality assurance of medicinal products, meeting both national and international medical needs sustainably.

Grading scale: A-F.
