Course description

Evidence-Based Practice (EPB) can be briefly defined as an integration of research evidence, clinical expertise, and patients’ preferences. EBP promotes a standard of practice build on the best available evidence and continues to change and inform clinical decision making by improving and questioning the standard of care practices to ensure high-quality care and enhance patient outcomes.

The course code will vary depending on when you participate in the course (e.g. BIOB1060, RAB1060, PMED1060 etc.). The course content remains the same.

Exam

Project examination, consisting of a group assignment based on a case with a health claim in the media.

Grading scale: Pass/fail.

Costs

There is no semester fee for exchange students.
