The course provides a systematic introduction to traditional and modern leadership theory and leadership practice. The students will gain insight into current issues within leadership and develop an independent and critical attitude towards the subject area.

Prior knowledge of organizational theory and organizational psychology is recommended.

Exam and assessment
The exam in the subject is a term paper written in groups with a scope of 6 to 8 pages (excluding references). The group must consist of at least 3 students, maximum 4.
