This course is an in-depth study of management accounting focusing on its role in internal reporting and the resulting decision-making processes. The course introduces different costing systems, cost behaviour, cost analysis, profit planning and control measures, and it also discusses the use of management accounting for capital investment decisions and strategic management of a firm.
