Application for PhD programme
Employment as PhD student and admission to the PhD programme constitute two different processes. In order to be admitted to the PhD programme you must
- have funding for three years full time either in a position as PhD student or funded through your employer/research institution
- thereafter apply for admission to the PhD programme

Application for PhD courses
Internal PhD candidates sign up for the courses in StudentWeb, and send a summary of their project, max one page, to the PhD Administration.
External PhD candidates apply through Søknadsweb, and upload required documentation such as:
- Certified copy of admission to a PhD programme
- programme summary of approximately one A4 sized sheet including information about your PhD project, topic, method, theoretical approach, and why this course will be relevant for your project.
The PhD courses are offered to PhD candidates.
Maximum number of participants varies from 10 to 15.
