The Section for Collections and Systems constitutes the support services of the University Library. The section is responsible for the following services:
- Operation and maintenance of the library's management systems (the reading list system Leganto (ansatt.oslomet.no) or issues with access to Oria (oria.no)).
- Acquisition and interlibrary loans of both printed and digital materials, such as books, journals, and databases.
- Cataloging, subject indexing, and classification.
- User support for access to e-resources.
- Digitization of reading list material.
- Publication of academic work into OsloMet's institutional repository, ODA (oda.oslomet.no).
- Administration of OsloMet's Publication Fund (ansatt.oslomet.no).
