The main goal for INTEGRATE 2019 is to share with a wider audience new national and international knowledge about how vulnerable groups with complex needs can be integrated in the labour market. The focus is on how collaboration between multiple services, and between the support system and the employers, may contribute to this end. By “vulnerable groups” we refer to people with complex needs who struggle to find and retain a place in the ordinary labour market. Examples include people with somatic and mental health problems, people with cognitive or behavioral challenges, the unskilled, and immigrants with language barriers.
