Qualitative Research Forum

A forum for PhD candidates and researchers working with qualitative methods.

The Qualitative Research Forum is a platform for discussing all aspects of qualitative methods, from recruitment and data collection to analysis and dissemination.

The forum’s primary target group is PhD candidates and researchers at OsloMet, but it is also open to other interested participants.

The forum is held 2–3 times per semester and is organized around a prepared presentation by an invited speaker. We often also invite someone to comment on the presentation.

The forum was established in 2009 by Anne Leseth and is hosted by the Centre for the Study of Professions at OsloMet.

Several of the presentations have been further developed into articles and books, including the anthology Proximity to Professions, Work and Politics (cdforskning.no).
