In this project, we will study facilitators for successful digital group work.
The new era of digital transformation has created a need and opportunity for development of flexible and digital teaching methods in higher education.
Although the benefits of group work are well documented, the knowledge about facilitators and barriers to successful group work relies mostly on research conducted in physical classrooms and face-to-face settings.
In this project, we will develop and evaluate a tool to develop digital student groups based on students’ preferences.
The tool will be based on relevant literature and user-involvement. The tool develops student groups based on the students’ answers in a questionnaire in Nettskjema, a web-based survey tool.
