The aim of this project is to describe and map research regarding work inclusion in a Norwegian context.
The Norwegian research field related to work inclusion is extensive and multifaceted. However, this body of literature is fragmented and disordered.
There is currently a shortage of secondary research that gathers, systematises and classifies the research literature.
Work inclusion refers to assisting vulnerable groups of people, of working age, in finding and retaining income-generating work.
In this project, we aim to conduct a scoping review of the work inclusion research literature and develop an evidence gap map.
The review may contribute to this field of literature by forming a knowledge base for advances in practice as well as further research.
