André Brodtkorb

André Brodtkorb er professor i beregningsvitenskap og instituttleder ved Institutt for informasjonsteknologi. Han har doktorgrad fra Universitetet i Oslo (2010), og har tidligere vært forsker ved SINTEF og ved Meteorologisk Institutt. Han er medlem i Akademiet for yngre forskere (2024-2028), hvor han engasjerer seg spesielt for utdanning og realfagenes stilling i samfunnet. 

Hans fagfelt er i skjæringspunktet mellom matematikk, numerikk og informatikk, og han er en forkjemper for åpen og reproduserbar forskning.
