I am an associate professor in Department of Nursing and Health Promotion.
My professional background is in nursing, nursing science, and Ethics. In 2017, I received my PhD in medical Ethics, Oslo University. The thesis deals with ethical considerations in the decision-making processes regarding intensive care for patients with late stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
I work at the Bachelor’s programme in nursing, specialist education in cardiological nursing, and master’s degree programme in empowerment and health promotion. My main academic and research interests are in fields of nursing and medical ethics, professional ethics, patients in nursing care and didactics of teaching nursing and ethics.
